Frank has held board positions for successful outsourcing agencies, illustrating innovation in many areas, including marketing, successful legislation reform for the outsourcing agency industry, and many other critical areas of healthcare financial management. In addition to working with prominent hospital administrations, Frank has experience managing billing operations for groups of physician practices and imaging centers, surgery centers, and other healthcare providers.

Sandy has a resume that spans 35 years, including a directorship of patient accounts for a multi-hospital system provider. During her tenure, she reviewed and worked with medical billing outsourcing models and agencies specializing in revenue enhancement and financial management services. With this degree of seasoned experience, she can communicate with Hospital CFOs and Revenue Cycle Directors. She truly understands their needs and the daily fiscal pressures they face to optimize revenue while maintaining compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA. Sandy’s areas of expertise in the revenue cycle include registration, charge entry, third-party billing, collections, cash application, and all related outsourcing programs.

Betty has 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including facility and professional billing, A/R management, credentialing and contracting, transaction posting, quality assurance auditing, consulting, reporting and analytics, and self-pay collections. She joined Horizon in 2016 after earning a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. She is also a Certified Professional Biller and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative. Betty works closely with the Horizon team to ensure optimal performance and collaborates directly with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
Carol joins our team with over 25+ years of Revenue Cycle Management and Strategic Leadership Skills. Carol was a former Director of Client Financial Services for a Community Mental Health Center and Federally Qualified Health Center, where she was a top state performer in Days in Accounts Receivables/Net Patient Service Revenue. Her expertise encompasses all areas of healthcare management, including program planning, project management, staff training, and development, with a leadership philosophy to lead by example and to coach for success. Her communication style is motivating; encourages growth while driving performance. Carol is a customer-oriented healthcare administrator with a diverse background in Managed Care, Psychiatric, Hospital, Ambulatory, and Dental.
Manager Information Systems
Before joining Horizon Healthcare RCM’s team in 2013, Garrick worked as an analyst for nine years at a multinational corporation with customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. As manager of Horizon’s IS team, he coordinates the onboarding of new client integrations and oversees all ETL processes, including the IS infrastructure.
